Your new SUNS have locked in their guernsey numbers for the upcoming AFLW season.

Number two draft pick Havana Harris is one of five StreetSmarts SUNS Academy graduates set for their first AFLW season at the club – the Burleigh Bombers product will run out in #12 for the 2025 season.

Fellow Gold Coasters Tara Harrington and Nyalli Milne find themselves as locker buddies for their first seasons, taking #28 and #29 respectively, while Coolangatta-Tweed Heads junior Mia Salisbury is in #19 and North Cairns product Heidi Talbot has taken #21 for their debut campaigns.

Having played all 82 games across a career dating back to 2017 in the same number, Lily Mithen will continue that legacy in the #14 jumper for the SUNS in 2025.

Sydney product and injury replacement player Ellie Veerhuis has taken the #33 on her back.

The seven new numbers are in contention to feature on the squad’s backs in the August 14 season opener against the West Coast Eagles, alongside GANDEN who last week proudly extended as a club partner until 2028.

SUNS AFLW memberships are now available here. Secure your seats ahead of the first home game of the season on August 23 against the Sydney Swans.
